Internet and Networking

At the onset of the 90’s when computers were being sought in the country, it was virtually impossible to get these systems across to a lot of would be users due to constraints of logistics. However, as more companies sprang up in the services industry, large companies like IBM gave out resell rights, allowing consumers access to these equipments through these services companies.

Soon the printers needed inks and cartridges, these demand brought about drastic changes as well in service provision as even small business owners started providing online services to individuals who could not purchase the needed items at the enterprise prices and still pay service charges.

In the coming months, service delivery, requests and payments will be at least 50% online, placing a heavy demand  on ISP’s  as they would have to develop many redundant features of their applications to minimize downtimes and ensure real time transactions.

They would as well have to develop cheaper ways of bandwidth distribution as the cost of effective bandwidth at present is still on the high side.

With the completion of the Fibre link now in progress across the Atlantic, we could see a steep climb on the index as large companies struggle to partner with smaller service companies who own the market.

One of the most astounding forces driving the company is the teamwork involved and the amount of energy each player from the top to the least puts into the success of this teamwork.

 Management and Organization

The CTO/CEO, Mr. Ogunedo Paul manages NETMAX ENTERPRISES Business solution Group. Resigning from Swift Networks Nigeria Limited as a Key executive in The Business Development Group, he brings a wealth of experience to the fore.

Paul graduated from Uthman Danfodiyo University in 2004, after receiving a first degree in Chemistry. While in school; he held key positions that exposed him early to leadership roles.

He served at Ondo state, leading projects like The Adult Literacy Campaign, NDLEA/NYSC Drug-Free Club and HIV/AIDS prevention campaign. At his primary location of service he was contracted after his service year to act as the head of the science department and vice principal academics for one year. During this period he wrote his first series of chemical laboratory handbooks and geographical study maps.

The second year following the completion of his Youth Service, he was engaged as a professional sales consultant to First Libra, then to Embassy pharmaceuticals and finally to Modern Business Machines, where he now moved to Swift Networks, it was from here that NETMAX ENTERPRISES called him up to handle such a position as one he has always excelled in.

His records of excellence can be referenced from all these sources we have mentioned.

Other key partners are the CFO, the BDG personnel and the HR manager.

The consultant CFO, Mr. Shaka Joel, a key accounting executive at Nigeria’s foremost health insurers, Unic Health Insurance group, is an ICAN certified Professional whose ideas, advice and financial prowess is most invaluable to the company.

He is charged with a periodic detailed analysis of the company’s financial status and ways of improving funds management and more importantly streamlining a very flexible method of loan repayment.

The Business Development Group is lead by two seasoned sales people, Miss Onyeka Nwosu, (a managing partner) and Mr. Ogunedo Andrew. Whereas Onyeka has developed sales lead and new business units for Seagull Global, a technology company involved in providing VOIP services, Andrew has over the past two years helped carved out a niche for Easicell, a telecoms and services company, using basic marketing and sound customer interactive analysis to drive sales.

They have since joined NETMAX ENTERPRISES to further lend their expertise to the fray.

They are the most idealistic, innovating on service delivery, analyzing market trends, developing new businesses and consumer channels. Most importantly they are charged with meeting and surpassing the sales target of their marketing team.

Finally, the consultant HR manager, Mrs. Chinyere Nwimo, brings a wealth of experience from her employment where she works at the Public Complaints Commission, dealing on a daily basis with customer complaints and analyzing ways of specifically finding enduring resolutions.

She designs the staff welfare policies; she ensures compliance to safety, security, health and all other policies enforcing the rights of the labour force. She also handles recruitment, staff appraisal and heads the customer service unit.

Professional and Advisory Support

The CTO, CFO, BDG and HRM constitute the board chaired by the MD.

The company’s attorney is Barrister Tombari Damgbasa from Tombari chambers, a well seasoned lawyer and lecturer often at the Lagos law school tutoring mostly on criminal law.

The company is insured by Unic Insurance providing life cover and retirement plans for the entire staff of the company.
